You get forty-five minutes with a qualified lawyer in the relevant practice area. Send your background documents beforehand and the time goes on answers rather than on you explaining the situation. A written summary follows within one business day.
Is the consultation free?
No, and that is deliberate. A paid consultation means you get real advice from a qualified lawyer instead of a sales call. The fee is $150 and it comes off the price of any LexGo service you buy within the next 30 days.
How quickly will my slot be confirmed?
You will have a written confirmation within one business day, usually much sooner. If the exact slot you picked has gone, we will offer you the nearest alternatives rather than assigning one without asking.
What should I send before the call?
Whatever is relevant: the contract, the correspondence, the term sheet, the notice you received. Send it at least 24 hours ahead. Everything you share is covered by legal privilege from the moment your matter is opened.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before the appointment at no charge, as often as you need. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and you are refunded in full.
