Questions people ask before buying
What if my contract is longer than 40 pages?
Send it anyway. We will quote the extra length before starting, usually 90 dollars per additional ten pages, and you approve the number before any work begins.
Can you turn it around faster than three days?
Yes. Next-business-day review is an extra 180 dollars, and same-day is an extra 340 dollars if you file before 11:00 PT. Both are subject to a lawyer being available and you get a straight answer within the hour.
Will you negotiate with the other side directly?
Not under this service. You get the redlines and the wording to use. If you would rather we ran the negotiation, book a strategy call and we will quote it, or put it on a fractional counsel retainer.
Do you review contracts I am sending out, not just receiving?
Yes. Reviewing your own template before it goes to a customer is often the higher-value use, because a fix there applies to every deal that follows.
Is a signed NDA required before I send the document?
No. Legal professional privilege applies from the moment the matter is opened, which is a stronger protection than an NDA. We will still sign yours if your process requires it.
