No. The 1,750 dollar fee covers the legal work. Government fees are paid at cost, shown to you in advance, and never marked up.
What if the application is refused?
You get a written analysis of the refusal reasons and a recommendation on whether to appeal or refile, at no extra cost. If we advised the case was strong and it was refused on a point we missed, the refiling work is free.
Which visa routes do you handle?

How long does a decision take?
